Focuses on two married couples. Mayumi decides to start her career again after many years of being a housewife. But Hideaki, her husband, refuses to understand her or help her in any way. Meanwhile, Ayako seems to have a perfect life as a wife. However, she has been mentally and verbally abused by her husband, Taro, for so long. The couples have crossed when Hideaki and Ayako have an affair, and their married lives are in serious crises.
