From the ground, we see almost nothing. Without noticing the significant and mysterious traces that lie at our feet, we walk on, around, are in the center of, or are next to them. Going higher, we begin to distinguish shapes, designs and structures. Finally, these giant traces take shape when seen from the sky. Are they mystical or extraterrestrial signs? Ancient geological events? Marks due to weather conditions? Simple works of art or hoaxes? This series, Earth Signs from Above, offers an inventory of these strange manifestations, and an investigation that excludes no hypothesis — be it scientific, mystical or social.
