Dr Adam Rutherford, Dr Basil Singer and engineer Jem Stansfield use the appliance of science to solve the public's problems in Men in White. From outwitting car-clampers to finding a cure for embarrassing "dad dancing", they harness their expert knowledge of engineering, chemistry and psychology - with the occasional use of explosives - to save the day.
